Orden del 6 de octubre por la que se establecen los domingos y destivos en los que se autoriza la apertura de establecimientos comerciales durante el 2012


La Ley 12/2006, de 27 de diciembre, de horarios comerciales de Galicia determina es su artículo 5 que los domingos y días festivos en los que los establecimientos comerciales podrán permanecer abiertos al público serán, como máximo de ocho al año. El tiempo máximo entre apertura y cierre en domingos y días festivos autorizados será de doce horas.


Los domingos y festivos en los que los establecimientos comerciales podrán permanecer abiertos al público con un horario máximo de doce horas diarias durante el año 2012 son:


8 de enero
 

5 de abril
 

1 de julio
 

2 de diciembre
 

8 de  diciembre
 

16 de diciembre
 

23 de diciembre
 

30 de diciembre
